Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Sidhmantra. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used products
Items purchased during clearance or sale offers
Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products (unless damaged or defective)
Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@sidhmantra.in
Mention your:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Images/videos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements/exchanges only for:

Damaged products
Defective products
Wrong items delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
For all other approved returns, customers may need to bear the shipping charges.
